Love can make you do ridiculous things, but we may have a new champion in that area. A zookeeper at a private zoo went into the lion enclosure to film himself petting the lions to impress his fiancé. Unfortunately, the three fully-grown lions inside didn’t seem to believe in love and attacked, killing the man.
What were described as his “partially-eaten remains” were found four hours after the incident, and two of the lions were tranquilized because they escaped the enclosure after the 44-year-old man left it unlocked. The third lion was shot. Reports say the man was an experienced lion handler.
