Nothing to see here…Middle school students in North Carolina have had the mirrors in their bathrooms taken as they’ve become a huge distraction. The Alamance-Burlington School System has announced that Southern Alamance Middle School has taken to removing mirrors to cut down on kids spending too much time in the bathroom filming TikTok videos.
Some students were caught skipping class and going to the bathroom up to nine times a day to make videos. How does the school know? Apparently, the mirrors, are heavily featured in the videos students are making. But wait – there’s more! The district is also requiring digital hall passes so they can track how much time students are spending outside of the classroom.
