Man Builds The World’s Smallest House At Less Than 20-Square-Feet

YouTuber Levi Kelly has built what he believes to be the world’s smallest functional house, measuring just 19.46 square feet. Built on a small trailer, this compact home includes a seating area, a fold-down bed, a kitchen with a mini-fridge and electric cooktop, and a sink with a folding tap. The main downside? the toilet and shower are outside but can be brought inside for privacy.

Levi spent approximately $4,800 on the project and plans to use the tiny house for camping trips with his family. He says he’s had four grown men in the house at one time, but it was obviously a tight fit.

You can see a video tour of the house to the right.
