Just because a guy might not be “traditionally handsome” doesn’t mean he can’t be wildly charismatic and attractive. You might not realize it, but life has given you “cheat codes” to boost your public appeal and make it so other people crave to be in your presence to be a part of your awesomeness.
Here are just a few of the things anyone can work on within themselves to boost their datability, earning potential, and increase the number of high-caliber people in their lives.
- Be mentally, emotionally, and physically strong. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when needed…and don’t underestimate how attractive being willing to be vulnerable can be
- Lose the ego, don’t take yourself too seriously, and keep your sense of humor
- Kindness, friendliness, and courtesy win…always
- Say “please” and “thank you”
- Keep your moral compass pointed forward, and don’t compromise your integrity
- Choose what’s right over what’s easy
- Helping others is not only the right way to live, but it also makes you feel good, as well
- Make meaningful eye contact and listen more than to blab
- Give out compliments…but only when they’re sincere
- Learn the art of conversation, especially relevant small talk with those you don’t know well
- Don’t be hateful or racist. It’s just ugly
- Keep the cursing under control, and learn to speak without those crutches
- Optimism makes everyone more attractive
- Pay attention and work on your appearance…and don’t skimp on the hygiene
- Know that the world owes you nothing, and don’t be afraid of working hard to get what you want
- Be willing to take risks and fail…that’s how you learn
