Christina and Bill are raising six children, but four of them aren’t real. The couple has two daughters but also count four hyper-realistic dolls as their kids, and they treat them as such. Christina says the newborn phase was her favorite time with her daughters, so she wanted a way to have newborns all the time.
The parents feed Noah, Chloe, Dax, and Clare and change their diapers, even though they’re dolls. Christina says she knows it’s odd, but she says it’s “role-playing” for her that helped her heal after a miscarriage and her mother’s death. The dolls can go for over $10k depending on the details and features people ask for.
