Officers will make contact with individuals observed operating these devices in violation of New York State law and the Massena Village Code. During these interactions, officers will provide informational flyers outlining proper operation, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations.This initiative is focused on education and awareness. However, continued violations may result in enforcement action.
