A family in New Zealand got a gruesome surprise after they bought some suitcases at a storage facility auction last week. When they got the luggage home and opened it, they found dismembered human body parts inside and called the police.
Authorities don’t believe the family that bought the bags are part of what they’re now investigating as a suspected homicide. Reports say that the suitcases possibly had multiple sets of remains inside, and police are trying to figure out how many victims are involved and identify them.
