This is a hairy situation…An elderly woman in Shanghai, China has pushed her human children aside so she can leave almost $3-million to her dogs and cats. The woman, known only as “Liu,” says her three kids are out of the will and instead she’s leaving her $2.8-million fortune to her loving house pets.
Ms. Liu says she decided to make the change to her will years ago since her own offspring weren’t “visiting or caring for her” and reportedly almost never contact her. So, who will be responsible for Mr. Whiskers’ money? It’ll be left with a local veterinary clinic that will act as the inheritance administrator as they care for the animals.
