Germany has a new expert in “how to pick up guys.” Strongwoman Sina Ruppenthal has a new Guinness World Record, and it’s a good one. She set the mark for the fastest time to lift and throw 10 people by a woman, doing it in just 37.44 seconds during a live German television show in Munich last August. To qualify, each person had to be pressed fully overhead with straight arms before being tossed forward.
Ruppenthal already held the record for the fastest strongwoman three-obstacle medley, and she said the goal was to show that women can accomplish incredible things through strength. The record was formally recognized and began drawing attention again this week after going viral on social media.
