The 23-year-old Pina, from Westport, Massachusetts, is being met with doubt by several of the people who have viewed the video showing off his massive digit.
“It makes me unique and it’s quite cool. It’s in proportion with the rest of my hand as I have lanky fingers.” Some viewers say he’s using clever camera angles to create his thumb’s appearance, but as he says, “I do thumb wars with people all the time,” and says he has videos of it on his TikTok. “I have never lost a thumb war. I never will.”
