Social media mavens claim the carrot-y glow can be achieved by chowing down on three large carrots per day. What do experts think of this? While not dangerous, most docs don’t recommend it as a tanning hack. Turns out, the orange “undertone” is actually due to carotenemia, which could potentially turn your skin an orange-y color.
