A woman in Sonoma County, California says she heard her border collie puppy Sherman yelping and growling, and when she went to check on him she found a mountain lion dragging him out of her house by his neck. She says she chased the lion away and Sherman survived, but the lion came back the next day and killed two of her goats.
Rebecca Kracker says the mountain lion was euthanized by crews last weekend, and Sherman has recovered from the attack and is doing okay.
