Seven thousand dollars and free grandparents…that’s an offer that’s hard to refuse, but that’s exactly what the city of Greensburg, Indiana is offering anyone willing to move to the city within the next six to 12 months. The city has teamed up with MakeMyMove.com to make the offer, and they say there are no plans to end it.
Eligible applicants must be at least 18 years old and must either be working remotely or be self-employed in the U.S. Along with $5k to offset moving costs and a $2k cash gift, anyone taking Greensburg up on their offer also gets perks like a relocation concierge, yearlong memberships to a co-working space, farmer’s market gift cards, and access to a “Grandparents on Demand” babysitting service.
