Hold your horses…Video captured by a driver yesterday showing a horse galloping down Philadelphia’s I-95 has gone viral. The incident went down just before rush hour yesterday when driver Angelo Palmer caught the animal running on the side of the highway around 6 am.
The horse was eventually captured and loaded onto a trailer. As for how the horse got loose, the man loading in the horse stated, “somebody let him out.” However, it remains unclear where the horse came from.
