Florida Man Takes A Baseball Bat To Police Cars In Their Parking Lot

You don’t often find people willing to show up at a police station and take a bat to police vehicles parked in front of it. But that’s exactly what happened yesterday morning in Florida after a man was spotted beating several Volusia County Sheriff’s Office vehicles with a bat.

Deputies said Michael Anthony Alicea, 28, was seen at their District 4 headquarters in Deltona, Florida, and images from the headquarters show multiple windows were smashed in or broken. The entire act was caught on a closed-circuit video.

Officials had posted on social media, pictures of Alicea and asked for help in identifying him. It worked, as officers were able to identify and later arrest him without incident.
