In what’s being called a freak accident, a man was killed Friday afternoon when a bulldozer ran over the porta-potty he was using at a Florida landfill. The site was shutting down for the day and the bulldozer operator was driving the machine up an embankment with the blade partially blocking his view.
The driver didn’t realize he had hit anything until he heard the crunch of the plastic. He immediately jumped down to see what had happened and found 43-year-old Aaron Henderson dead. Henderson was a designated “spotter” at the landfill, controlling the traffic of large equipment.
