A woman in California earned a new Guinness World Record by having 52 separate things implanted in her body. And we’re not talking about your garden-variety chest implants. Anastasia Synn, who’s a stunt performer, magician, and “biohacker,” has everything implanted in her from full-sized magnets to perform tricks, to chips connected to her family’s phones, to a scannable chip that plays her wedding video.
Formerly married to the late “Amazing Jonathon,” Sinn says her high-tech trinkets have some practical uses as well. “I can tell you if your microwave is leaking too much radiation – my hand vibrates,” she says, adding, “Finding someone’s lost earring backing has also come in very handy throughout the years.”
