British women are on high alert after the disappearance of 33-year-old Sarah Everard in London, who was reportedly abducted on her way home from a friend’s place. Green Party member Jennifer Helen Jones, AKA Baroness Jones, has proposed a solution: keep men off the streets after 6pm.
As movements like #TooManyMen and Reclaim These Streets sweep across Britain, Baroness Jones has suggested a blanket 6pm curfew for men. She thinks the curfew would “make women a lot safer,” and “lessen discrimination of all kinds.”
