Digital & Radio Advertising: Account Executive (Outside Sales)

Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, your primary objective will be to expand and maintain our customer base by leveraging your expertise in radio and digital advertising. You’ll be entrusted with crafting comprehensive business plans, guiding clients through the sales cycle, and providing exceptional post-sales support to foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed business strategies to achieve sales goals and quotas
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure
- Identify and cultivate new sales leads through networking efforts
- Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients
- Offer professional assistance post-sale to reinforce customer loyalty
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively to uphold our reputation
- Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate sales records
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record as an Account Executive or similar role
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in radio and/or digital advertising sales
- Proficiency in market research, sales techniques, and negotiation tactics
- Strong command of MS Office suite; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, coupled with relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
- Business acumen with a passion for exceeding targets
Education:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, advertising, or marketing preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $36,000 to $72,000.00 per year (Based on experience and performance)
Supplemental Pay: Typically, after an initial review period, performance is reviewed to determine moving to Commission Only Pay Structure.
