Lightning may not strike twice…but the lottery sure does. A man in New York has won $10-million on a scratch-off game – after winning his first $10-million playing the New York Lottery a little over a year ago. Wayne Murray achieved the incredible feat thanks to the New York Lottery’s 200X scratch-off game. (Last year, he won $10 million from the Black Titanium game)
When asked why Murray didn’t party in public, he simply said, “Some of us just like to be discreet. I just want to be discreet, that’s all it is.” As for his payout, Murray opted to take home $6-million lump sum (after taxes) on both wins.
